TG LAB UAB (registered in Upes, 23, Vilnius, LT-08128, Lithuania, registration number 304403197) operates in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, Data Protection Act 2018 and keeps it fair under Consumer Rights Act 2015. TG LAB guarantees full respect and total protection of personal information provided by visitors on the site.

Data controller

The Data Controller is TG LAB UAB (hereinafter, the Company) – the online gaming software provider. The website visitors, customers and potential customers (person who submits a query form) may, at any time, contact the data controller and request in writing any information regarding the Code and its privacy rights.

The Company understands that your privacy and security is important to you and will always treat your information with the utmost care and respect. The Company will only collect and use personal data following this policy and in line with our obligations and your rights under the law.

Moreover, if you apply for the job using the career page, we will collect the above information and ask to upload your resume/CV.

You provide your consent to process data once the message is sent. Your data will be processed in order to provide you the answers and support your needs. We expect this data to be accurate and up to date.

Also, this will allow us to potentially enter into a business contract with you in the future. Please note that if the business relationship is established, we might be required to request additional details (e.g.: banking information, company’s information etc.).

If you apply for the job using our website, the information will be shared only with the HR department and persons carrying the interview.

If you contact us for any legal/data related query, your information will be shared only with Compliance, DPO and Legal teams.

In the event of contact us queries, your personal information will be processed for the purposes of offering you products, services, or marketing opportunities that may be of interest to you. Should you wish to opt out of these at any time, you may follow the instructions included in our communication in order to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

Who we share your data with

Your personal information will not be distributed to any third party outside of the TG LAB with exceptions:

Payment Providers: If you get into a business relationship with us, in some cases, we will need to share your data with payment providers. We guarantee that these providers will only have a limited access to your personal and/or financial information, and are contractually bound to safeguard your details. Moreover, your data will only be used for the specific purposes for which they were disclosed.

Please note, you may need to verify your identity. This request may take up to thirty calendar days for the information to be collated and provided to you.

Moreover, the storage of your data will fall under requirements established by the applicable data protection regulations. We keep the right to update this Privacy Notice from time to time. This may be necessary if the data controller or law changes.
